Introduction
The extruder & spheronizer are mainly applied in pellets production process, using rotary screw rod to extrude the wet material out of spherical screen, the extruded strips drop into the spheronizer disc plate, then strips automatically divided and roll on the rotary disc plate by centrifugal force of the high speed rotary disc plate, and finally it become round and solid pellets.
