Working Principle of the Fluid Bed Dryer
The Fluid Bed Dryer comprises several key components, including the host machine, air handling system, heating system, exhaust, and dust filter system.
During operation, the material is introduced into the hopper of the fluid bed dryer. The process requirements are set on the Human Machine Interface (HMI), and upon initiation, the machine commences its operation. The air handling system filters and heats the air, which then enters the host machine.
As the hot air fluidizes the materials, moisture rapidly evaporates, resulting in instant drying. Once the predefined procedures and parameters are fulfilled, the material bowl is pushed out and assembled onto the lifting turnover dry cone mill or lifting vacuum dry cone mill machine for discharge. This mechanism effectively controls dust pollution and minimizes the risk of cross-contamination.
