Uphill Tablet Deduster
Uphill tablet deduster combines three functions as one – dust removal, lifting, and sieving. The inlet of the tablet deduster can be connected to any model of tablet press, and the outlet can be connected to a metal detector. When the deduster is connected to a vacuum system, then the deduster enables integrated production mode for tablet dust removal, lifting, sieving, and metal detection.
Working Principle of uphill tablet deduster
The uphill tablet deduster consists of a base, lifting system, vibration system, sieving system, and speed control system. During operation, the power is turned on, and the rotation speed can be adjusted. The tablet sieving drum rotates, and tablets enter the deduster from the previous process (tablet press etc.). After passing through the sieve, the tablets are discharged from the discharge port and flow into the hopper.

Cylindrical Rotary Tablet Deduster
The Cylindrical Rotary Tablet Deduster uses compressed air for blowing, centrifugal force for dust removal, and rotary edge polishing to clean the dust on tablet surface and edge burrs. This dedusting process ensures that the tablet surfaces are clean and edges are smooth and neat. The sieving chamber is completely isolated from the drive unit. With the quick-detach structure, the assembly, disassembly, and cleaning are convenient. All parts in contact with the tablets are made of stainless steel, complying with GMP standards for pharmaceutical equipment.
Working Principle of Cylindrical Rotary Tablet Deduster
Tablets are fed into the sieving drum from the hopper. The sieving drum that is driven by the AC motor and a gearbox rotates and moves the tablets along a spiral plate inside the drum toward the discharge port. The mesh on the drum gently polishes the edges of the tablets, meanwhile the compressed air nozzle continuously blows the tablet surfaces to remove dust. The sieving and conveying process takes place in a closed sieving chamber. During operation, both the sieving chamber and the inlet/outlet are maintained under negative pressure without dust emission.

Downward Tablet Deduster
The Downward Tablet Deduster is designed for dust removal to different shapes of tablets. The entire production process is intuitive and visible.
